Stephen W.J. Evans  BA(Acc) FAICD
Non Executive Chairman
Stephen Evans is the Managing Partner of a leading Adelaide based accounting firm, “RJC Evans & Co” which was established in 1920. Stephen has over 25 years experience in advising small, medium and large corporations in relation to tax, accounting, financial and business related matters. He is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, National Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors. He brings to the Board a wealth of experience in the accounting, financial and taxation fields.  Stephen is non-executve Chairman of Chesser Resources Limited and a non-executive director of WCP Resources Limited, Uranoz Limited and Innovance Limited.

Simon J.R. Taylor BSc (Geology), MAIG, GCertAppFin(Finsia)
Non-Executive Director
Simon Taylor is a geologist with 17 years experience throughout Australia in gold, base metals and nickel having held senior geologist and exploration manager positions for numerous ASX listed resource companies. He has gained considerable experience in exploration, project assessment and joint venture negotiations.  He is a founding non-executive director of Bondi Mining Limited and Chesser Resources Limited and the founding director of Geeland Pty Ltd providing consulting services to resource companies and financial corporations as a resource analyst.
Simon’s corporate experience includes project appraisal, advice on placements and fundraising. Simon is a member of the Australian Institute of Geologists.

John is a partner with Adelaide based law firm, Duncan Basheer Hannon.  John is a commercial, property, infrastructure and development lawyer.
He has expertise in the establishment, management and sale and purchase of businesses and franchises. He also has vast experience in the sale and purchase, leasing, prudential management, commercial management, development, construction, titling and structuring of retail and industrial properties, residential and mixed use developments, office buildings, student accommodation, car parks, tourist facilities and related infrastructure, hotels and other licensed premises.
He has prepared joint venture, development and infrastructure agreements and advised on general commercial, construction and local government issues. 
John is a director of Invicta Services Ltd and a Member of the SA Division Council of the Property Council of Australia.
 
Donald C. Stephens, BA(Acc), FCA
Company Secretary
Donald Stephens is a Chartered Accountant and corporate adviser with over 20 years experience in the accounting industry, including 14 years as a partner of HLB Mann Judd (SA) Pty Ltd in South Australia, a firm of Chartered Accountants. He is a non executive director of Mithril Resources Ltd and Papyrus Australia Ltd and is company secretary to Minotaur Exploration Ltd, Mithril Resources Ltd, Petratherm Ltd, Toro Energy Ltd, Arasor International Ltd, Innovance Ltd (National Stock Exchange listed), Chesser Resources Ltd and Ferraus Ltd. He holds other directorships with private companies and provides corporate advisory services to a wide range of organisations.
